1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all locations within India.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in:

2. Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.
Ready Stock Items
Processed within 1–2 business days.
Dispatched after quality check and packing.
Pre-Order Items
Processing begins immediately after order confirmation.
These are specially sourced pieces.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the product category.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or high-volume seasons may affect delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Flat ₹100 on all orders within India.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A confirmation email and/or SMS
Your tracking number
Courier partner details
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Combined Shipments
If your order includes both Ready Stock and Pre-Order items:
The complete order will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item is ready.
If you wish to receive Ready Stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the outer packaging and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a parcel is marked “Delivered” but not received:
Contact us immediately.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
Resolution depends on courier confirmation and investigation outcome.
8. Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping charges may apply.
