Delivery time for orders places is currently 15-30 working days due to backlog of orders. We are experiencing further heavy delays in shipments since Factories are allowed to operate at 10% capacity due to COVID as per the government regulations
There is an unavoidable delay in most shipments due to the current situation of COVID19 Virus along with delays in imports of products and raw materials from our suppliers which have been halted by the government since June 22nd.
We are awaiting the situation to resolve to be able to deliver all pending orders at the earliest.

Our courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
Orders marked under ready to dispatch will be delivered in 2-5 working days across India once shipped. If there is any delay we will inform within 48 hours.
We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.
Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
To avoid fake orders and cancellations at the time of delivery we charge an advance amount of 20%. If the customers still cancel the order, this 20% is nonrefundable and nonadjustable.

Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday. If an order is placed after 4 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Periwinkley Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it’s sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY:
The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS:

Products to be exchanged in its original packaging only & NEW condition only along with original packing bags given, USED products won’t be accepted.
Orders that are Exchanged, we will issue Store Credits in the form of Coupon Code, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase, Validity of the Coupon Code is 12 months from the date of order. If you wish to get bank refund /transfer kindly email us bank details at support@periwinkleyshop.com
Reverse pickup charges as per shipping cost. This will be deducted while issuing Store Credits or Refund
Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update on email us the tracking info on support@periwinkelyshop.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
