1. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Have original tags attached
Be in original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
⚠️ Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video (if available).
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Requests made after 24 hours for damaged/wrong items may not be eligible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Customized or personalized products
Personal care items
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
Items damaged due to misuse
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
Return the original item within 7 days
Once approved, you may place a new order
Alternatively, store credit equal to the product value may be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important:
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched.
For cancellations within 24 hours, refund will be issued to the original payment method.
A 3% processing fee may be deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue:
A full refund to the original payment method
OR
Store credit of equal value (as preferred by customer)
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Refunds are not issued solely due to courier delays once the order has been shipped. However, customers may cancel the order before dispatch for a full refund (minus applicable processing fees).
10. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
